Job Description
· To be involved in all aspects of software project implementation.
· This includes but not limited to Requirement Study, Documentation, Training and Conducting User Acceptance Tests.
· Provide first level support to customers.
· Build positive relationships through professional post-sales support and customer servicing.
Job Requirement
· Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
· A level with good English and CGPA 3.00 above.
· Good communication skills and able to speak and write in English fairy well.
· Have a positive mindset and willing to learn.
· Experiences in conducting training or public speaking.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
