Job Responsibilities
- To assists on setup, configure, support, diagnose, troubleshoot and maintain of various Hardware, software.
- Responsible for day to day interaction with users on hardware and software problems, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Sourcing for quotation on hardware/software and leasing with vendors.
- Assist in development and maintenance of related policies and procedures.
Job Requirement

Min Diploma in Computer Sciences and Information
Technology.

Required Skills: Microsoft Active Directory,
DHCP, DNS, MS SQL.
·
Preferred Skills: Network Management.
·
Required Language: English
·
Good Interpersonal, analytical and problem
solving skills.
·
Willing to work flexible hours and on standby
when necessary.
